How do I know if my home office computer is a "workstation" or "server? I have one computer with XP Pro

I ask this because I am trying to find good Internet Security (which all recommendations appreciated:). But I have XP Pro SP2, but some things on my computer says Windows NT? A closer understanding would be greatly appreciated! For purchase of software, the system is a workstation. From a more technical standpoint, it depends on the amount of RAM, number of processors, software to install and how to use the system. 4Gigabytes RAM or less = workstation processors, quad or less = 1 terabyte server or workstation can run or less = could be either Windows Server 2003 + processor with dual 4 G RAM, 1 terabyte of disk space + Use of the system in the first place files and applications should be with other systems = low-end server. The computer workstation is a server when a network in your home that other computers in the house are connected. You probably do not have a server, if you do not have a network at home. Are you a job if your computer is like an ordinary computer, a server where you use a computer to access other computers on a network or over the Internet used storage medium. As far as a good Internet security product I recommend Kaspersky or a free version of AVG is a good option .
