I have a computer workstation all connected via wire router. The problem i have is, i have to connect them all

I made one of them and a computer server to other client computers. So I can open shared files or folders from the client computers. How do I? Please recommend me for details. (I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2). Please help me. Thank you. Looks like you need to communicate only via an IP connection. If they are physically connected to the same network, you're almost done. Go to any computer and find out its IP address. Most home routers have attached a DHCP service in a range of IP addresses to computers that are designed to communicate with them instantly. Without falling into the arcane details of IP addressing, you should be able to tell if they are in the same network using the addresses. Next would be to use IP networks to share files and folders. On most computers running Windows, it can be done easily by right clicking a folder and select Sharing and Security. "Create a shared folder from the database. go after this, on a client computer and then go to "My Network Places' when you get a new shared folder, the workgroup / domain: Most Windows XP installations is configured in the" Workgroup "to participate in community standards. Right click on My Computer, Properties, and under "Computer Name" tab in this field. Leave it that way otherwise all computers will be created on what a group. Select the folder you want to give you, turn the release of this folder, and then only the Network Setup Wizard, first on the server computer, then another. Each computer must be accessible to network shares and search the list of network sites list. mention his password on your computer, all in the same workgroup. The default for XP is MSHOME and XP Pro, it is Workgroup. You can choose your own working group with any name as long as you put it all on the same before you set up your network .
