What adjustments should you make to your computer workstation i.e desk, chair, computer?

Settings Array why? with the president to ensure that your feet are on the floor and back straight. top of the machine should be at eye level and distance at least 40 inches. elbows at a 90 degree angle and your wrists straight. and everything that the use regurlary should be in the range I think for the SSO office ergonomics http://www.usyd.edu.au/ohs/ohs_manual/ergonomics/ERGO2.shtml Check this site really depends on what used for your computer. If you spend much time on the computer, so I suggest you grab a comfortable chair, high, a wireless mouse and keyboard comfortable. Also make sure that the desktop that is used is high enough and too high or too low - which can damage your upper and lower back and arms. If you use it for fun, however, is a good idea to get comfortable accessory for your computer. Make sure your team in a well lit area, and not squinting. Not even with a computer if you can cause headaches, back pain or leg, this pain and make the pain worse, what you do, you are able to use or write about it for a while. PS Make sure you ten minutes to half an hour break to take two hours to do this, it's more fun on your computer and you can concentrate better and spend more time in a constructive, rather than power in itself, if you really rather be somewhere else. Hope that helps. :).
